Frequently Asked Questions

I offer holistic naturopathic care that combines my nursing background with natural medicine. This includes thorough health assessments, herbal and nutritional support, lifestyle and nervous‑system strategies, and, in time, IV therapy as an adjunct to foundations. I also share resources such as recipes, education and gentle practices to support you between sessions.
-
To get started, you can join my email list or enquire via the contact form with a brief outline of what you’d like support with. I’ll let you know the next available options, including whether I can see you through the university clinic or when private consults are opening. Before your first appointment, you’ll receive a few forms so we can make the most of our time together.

I bring over ten years of experience as a nurse in education, chronic disease management and women’s health, alongside my naturopathic training. That means I’m comfortable reading test results, understanding medications and working alongside your existing healthcare team, while also using herbs, nutrition and lifestyle in a gentle, realistic way. I work best with people who want to understand their own bodies and are ready to take things step by step for long‑term change.
-
The easiest way to reach me is via the contact form on this site or by emailing me directly (details on the Contact page). I aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Please note I can’t provide emergency support or personalised medical advice by email outside of a consultation.

As I’m still completing my Master of Naturopathic Medicine, pricing will evolve as my practice grows. When I’m working through supervised university clinics, fees are set by the clinic. As I open my own online practice, I’ll offer transparent pricing for initial and follow‑up consultations, with optional add‑ons such as IV therapy and bespoke herbal blends. All fees will be clearly listed before you book.

Sessions are collaborative, curious and unhurried. We look at your whole picture – health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, stress, hormones, digestion and more – and then decide together on a plan that feels realistic for your life. I’ll explain the “why” behind each recommendation and adjust as we go, so you feel supported rather than overwhelmed, and you can gradually become more confident as the expert on your own body.
