Your initial consultation is a comprehensive session up to 90-minutes exploring your health history, concerns, and goals. You will receive an individualised treatment plan, which can include nutrition, lifestyle and exercise guidance, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, and home detox strategies. If you have a complex medical history, please flag this during your booking so adjustements can be made and cost may be adjusted if you wish to have a longer appointment.

Your follow-up consultation runs up to 45-minutes to review your progress, refine your treatment plan, and provide ongoing support. Adjustments may be made to your nutrition, lifestyle, herbal, or nutraceutical protocols to ensure continued progress toward your health goals. You must have had an appointment within the last year for this option.

Your acute consultation is a short consultation (up to 30 min) designed for recent or minor conditions such as colds, flu, or digestive upsets. It focuses on targeted, short-term support using nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and appropriate herbal or nutraceutical interventions.
